AASHTO recognizes longevity of high-ranking ITD employees

At their annual meeting, in Boston Nov. 14, AASHTO also recognized a dozen ITD high-ranking employees for at least 25 years of service — including a recently retired employee who served ITD for 51 years — and gave honor to a former department employee, Doug Freeman (pictured below), who was killed in a crash last fall as he returned home to the Lewiston area from Boise.
