The Idaho Transportation Department’s District 3 Office was recognized by COMPASS (Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho) with its 2016 Leadership in Government award for construction of Boise’s Broadway Bridge.

The Leadership in Motion awards program recognizes individuals, businesses and projects that demonstrate leadership supporting Communities in Motion 2040, the regional long-range transportation plan for Ada and Canyon Counties. This year’s awards were presented at the annual luncheon on Dec. 19.
