D2 Spalding Bridge Scour Repair highlghted

Repairs to a north-central Idaho bridge in 2015 were spotlighted recently by ConTech Engineered Solutions on their website. The innovative repairs won an American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) President's Award in 2015, and were selected by AASHTO as an innovative initiative to share with other state departments of transportation.
