D3's Lowman Maintenance crew, Avalanche Techs, praised for assistance

Recently, ITD's District 3's Lowman shed assisted a citizen that drove off Idaho 21. Here is a comment ITD received on the department's Facebook page about it:

"You all need to give a special shout out to two ITD employees from the Lowman shed. They took time to assist in saving a lady that slid off Highway 21 on Saturday evening, Dec. 10. I listened to it on the scanner and they were the first there to help and let others know the situation. We Lowmanites are lucky to have ITD employees like that. Thank you Bill (Nicholson) and Chantel (Astorga)."

Brent Jenkins and Andy Lambrecht, transportation techs from the Lowman shed, assisted as well.
