DMV Contact Center provides employee-development opportunity            

Because employee development is a key piece of the vision to be the best transportation department in the country, ITD is offering internal promotional opportunities for TRS2 positions in the newly created Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Customer Contact Center. The job posting runs through July 17.

The contact center, working with the DMV Intake Center, will be a support group for all DMV departments – Driver Services, Driver's License, Motor Carrier, Permits, Registration & Titles – by handling calls and managing other off-phone tasks.

The vision of the contact center: Deliver problem resolution in just one call, and provide the best customer experience in the country.
