Employee Performance Evaluations
available in TalentED starting April 30

Evaluations for annual reviews will be available in TalentED starting April 30 and must be finalized and signed by June 15.
Employees who need an annual review will be notified by email on April 30 and are required to complete the self-evaluation step in TalentED within two weeks.

The evaluation process will also consist of the manager rating the employee’s goals, constructive behaviors, safety, and adherence to policy in TalentED.  The evaluation will then automatically be routed to the skip-level manager for review.
Prior to April 30, employees should ensure they have entered four goals in TalentED to be rated during the review:

- One performance standard goal
- One development goal
- Two performance impact goals

Those who have been maintaining goals outside the system will need to transfer that data to TalentED. Please refer to the Goals User Guide if you have questions.

Other things YOU can do to prepare yourself for the evaluation process:

- Regularly update your goal progress and add comments
- Review the Performance Evaluation User Guide
- Watch Training & Development’s WebEx recording demonstrating usage of the system (available Tuesday, April 24)

Additionally, supervisors are reminded to:
- Ensure all pending goal requests in TalentED have been approved/denied prior to April 30
- Refer to HR’s Evaluation Tips for Supervisors
- Review the Supervisor Performance Evaluation User Guide
- Use form ITD 1100 to complete close-out and probationary evaluations and form ITD 1111 to complete re-certifications due on or before June 30; route to HR once complete
