Charitable giving campaign under way

The annual Idaho State Employees’ Charitable Giving Campaign officially began Sept. 1 and continues through October.

ITD employees who would like to participate in the campaign should fill out a pledge form, make a copy for their own records and send the original to Diane Page in the Human Resource Services office at Headquarters or to Barbara Conklin in District 3.

The form and related information is available at www.unitedwecare.idaho.gov.

Several fundraising events are planned at Headquarters to benefit the campaign:

Sept. 30 (Friday), 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.: Donations of books and DVDs are needed for the sale. Please take donations to Tammie Jauregui in the Division of Motor Vehicles administrative area by Thursday, Sept. 29. Volunteers are needed to provide and sell the books and DVDs.

Oct. 27, 28 (Thursday and Friday): Employees are encouraged to prepare theme baskets filled with items for auction at Headquarters. Baskets can be delivered to Tammie Jauregui in the DMV administrative area or to Carla Anderson in the executive offices on the second floor. Baskets should be delivered by Tuesday, Oct. 25.
