In memoriam: Scott Campbell

Retired District 5 employee Scott A. Campbell, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 26.

Campbell was born Nov. 8, 1951, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to Charles Edward Campbell Jr., and Kathryn Erdmann Campbell. He is survived by Marsha Truman of Blackfoot, his partner of 27 years. At his request, no services were held.

Both Campbell and Truman retired from District 5 several years ago.
