Excellent motor vehicle workshop

On behalf of the Idaho State Independent Automobile Dealers Association (ISIADA) and our board of directors, we would like to thank Daryl Marler and Terry Gaffney for conducting the excellent MVI/Dealer workshop at the ISIADA Convention and Expo that was held in Boise recently.

Daryl and Terry gave up their Saturday morning to come and make their presentation and answer questions that dealers had – and there were quite a few. Each topic and question was dealt with in a professional and direct manner.

Please pass our thanks on to Daryl and Terry. These two members of your staff went beyond the normal expectations of state employees and set a good example of customer service for others to follow.
