Form Finder II to be available next week

The Records and Forms Management unit of Business and Support Management announces the original Form Finder has been updated to make it easier to locate ITD forms, download electronic versions and obtain current and historical information about active and inactive forms.

Form Finder II has a completely new look with more search options and links to electronic forms in a more prominent location, explains Bobbi Lamb, Forms Analyst/Policies Coordinator.

The new structure also provides all the information about a form on one screen instead of three, eliminating the need to toggle through different tabs for “general,” “ordering,” “publication,” and “printing” information.

Form Finder II will be available through the ITD Intranet on Friday (Jan. 20). The update is scheduled to take place between 8 a.m. and noon.
