Overlegal transport owner praises ITD's Anne Gunn

A representative of Intermountain Rigging and HeavyHaul (IRH) this week publicly praised ITD’s Anne Gunn for her assistance in processing an overlegal permit.

Moving the evaporator sump tank for a feed water condenser could not have taken place without her concerted efforts, said Don Miller of IRH.

The sump tank was built in Salt Lake City and transported to a location in southern Canada.

“Miller said it took two months to get hauling permits together, and he praised Anne Gunn of Idaho’s Department of Transportation in achieving that feat,” according to a news article in the Challis Messenger that covered a portion of the move through Challis.

Gunn, who has been with ITD for 21 years, has duel work responsibilities. She is a senior permits writer and a subject matter expert (SME), based at Headquarters.
