Partner with a “Buddy” for the London Bridge to Fitness exercise challenge

Have tea with the queen and see Big Ben with a traveling companion while improving your physical fitness during the London Bridge to Fitness.

From April 29 to July 7, ITD staff can track and monitor their physical activity on a challenge log sheet that vicariously takes them through the streets of London and see sites like the Tower Bridge and Big Ben.

Those who exercise and log at least 30 hours of physical activity during the 10-week event can earn a custom imprinted jacket, umbrella or computer backpack.

Staff have the option of signing up with another ITD employee who hasn’t participated in a challenge, or someone who has not finished the challenge during the last two years. If both “Buddies” reach the challenge goal, they are eligible for a chance to win a second prize.

Log sheets are due every two weeks. Those who turn them in on time qualify for an extra prize. They also have the chance to win a raffle prize.

One District team and one Headquarters team will earn honors for the highest percentage of employees completing 30 exercise hours or more.
