Quick response, swift remedy

I wanted to write and personally thank you for the quick and expedient customer service you rendered while assisting my father with his driver’s license extension. Within just a short timeframe you were able to quickly assess the situation, and you had a remedy swiftly in hand. It was a huge relief for my father to receive the extended license while he is living in Africa.

As a fellow state employee, I know that you may not receive the compliments and accolades for the service that you provide, but I want you to know that your work and service is greatly appreciated and valued. Thank you for stepping up and making a great customer service moment.
