Improvements continue on Idaho 55 – Eagle Road in Boise

ITD continues to reshape one of the busiest non-interstate corridors in Idaho by adding protective medians and resurfacing parts of Eagle Road (Idaho 55).

Contractors are working between Franklin Road and Fairview Avenue. The project includes:

  • Constructing concrete medians
  • Installing new pedestrian sidewalk ramps
  • Paving from Fairview Avenue to River Valley Street

Construction of this first phase will be completed by late this month. ITD planned to begin preliminary work on Phase Two, from River Valley Street to Oakhampton Drive, this week. The project will last until late September.
