Transportation performance to offer I-TRIPS training, webinars

ITD’s Division of Transportation Performance (ITD-TP) will host training sessions for Idaho’s Transportation Reimbursement, Integration and Performance System (I-TRIPS) statewide.

The training will include the following modules:

  • Organizational data
  • Organizational members
  • Vehicle and non-vehicle inventory
  • Operational data and reimbursement process

The first sessions will provide an overview, followed by webinars in November to give more specific training on the I-TRIPS module. Introductory sessions are scheduled for:

Districts 5 & 6 – Sept. 18, Idaho Falls
District 4 – Sept. 19, Twin Falls
District 3 – Sept. 21, Boise
District 2 – Sept. 25, Lewiston
District 1 – Sept. 26, Coeur d’Alene

Please confirm your attendance and the number of representatives who will attend the required training by e-mailing gateam@itd.idaho.gov. RSVP should be sent by Aug, 31.

Required: Laptop (if possible, one for each staff member attending) with WIFI capabilities.

Recommended audience: Grant administrator, accounting, reporting staff

Webinars for Operational Data and Reimbursements
Four webinars for Operational Data and Reimbursement also are scheduled. Individuals can choose the webinar that is most convenient:

Nov. 6, 10 a.m. to noon MST (9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PST)
Nov. 8, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. MST (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. PST)
Nov. 13, 10: a.m. to noon MST (9 a.m. to 11 a.m. PST)
Nov. 15, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. MST (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. PST)
