Affected Areas: All ITD employees, this is an advance notification of what you will see when there is a cyber security issue.
 
Explanation: The ITD Cyber Security Team plans on using this email format with logo to notify ITD users to any and all cyber security related issues.  We’ve designed the email template to be unique and make it easier to determine what is from the ITD Cyber Security Team and what might be fake.  Our goal was to make it grab your attention.
 
We intend to be as non-intrusive as possible and to ensure the most effective use of your time with these alerts. Please take the time to review any future Cyber Alert emails and be prepared to follow the action listed.  Your prompt attention may help us stop a scam, virus, malware, or possible attack.
