Workshop planned on marketing services to construction industry

Construction contractors and suppliers can learn how to market their services and products to prospective project owners and general contractors at free full-day workshops coming to three Idaho locations:

Thursday, Jan. 31, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., at Trico Construction, Inc., 4688 W. Chinden Boulevard in Garden City.

Thursday, Feb. 14, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., at the Idaho Transportation Department District 1 Office, 600 W. Prairie in Coeur d’Alene.

Thursday, Feb. 28, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., at the Idaho Transportation Department District 5 Office, 5151 South 5th in Pocatello.

The ITD-sponsored program will be presented by Steve “Kiwi” Hunt of Trico Construction Inc., as part of the department's DBE Support Services.

Topics will include “Marketing to Contractors,” “Distributing Marketing Materials,” “Effective Marketing to the Right Person,” and “Networking.”
