ITD continues to prepare for new version of 'Advantage'
ITD will migrate to an upgraded version of Advantage, a financial program used for procurement, payments and payroll. Introduction of Advantage 3.9 will take place Tuesday, March 12.
Key items of note:
Timesheet entry
• TAMS (Transportation Asset Management System)
• Advantage timesheets
– Advantage 3.7 timesheets unavailable, effective Tuesday, March 5.
– Advantage 3.9 timesheets will be available on Tuesday, March 12.
– Users who create Advantage timesheets, please keep track of your time manually until your 3.9 Advantage timesheet is available. If desired, you may use a paper timesheet to assist with manual tracking. See Timesheet Form No. 657:
– Once the 3.9 timesheet is available all time will be entered into 3.9 Advantage.
Advantage 3.7 availability
• Normal transaction processing in Advantage should be completed no later than 3 p.m. on Friday March 8 at which time the Accounts Payable check processing will commence.
Advantage 3.9 availability
• A confirmation email with links to 3.9 will be provided after conversion is verified and system ready for normal operations.
