Open enrollment period open through May 17

The open enrollment period for state employees began Friday (April 26) and will continue through May 17. Open enrollment information is available at http://ogi.idaho.gov/employees/.
 
All open enrollment forms need to be processed through the State Controller’s Self-Service Module. Please use the same log-in you use to view your pay stub, then click on Employee Self-Service. 
 
Open Enrollment is for:

  • Changing the type of enrollment (PPO, Traditional, High Deductible)
  • Adding dependents onto previously declined dental
  • Changing your pre-tax/post-tax option
  • Enrolling and re-enrolling for Flexible Spending (you must re-enroll to maintain this benefit)
