District 4’s Kimbol Allen selected as next District 6 engineer

Kimbol Allen has been selected to be the next District 6 engineer in ITD’s Rigby office.

“Mr. Allen has been with the department for nearly 15 years and has held management positions in both construction and maintenance at our D4 office,” said ITD Chief Operations Officer Jim Carpenter in making the announcement.

“I would like to take this time to publicly thank District 5 Engineer Ed Bala for his service in managing both Districts 5 an 6 over the past few months while we worked on filling this position,” Carpenter added.

Bala will remain in this acting role until Allen is ready to assume his new role later this month, Carpenter said.
