DMV customer service work gains new fan

ITD’s commitment to customer service was recently acknowledged when a customer needed help with his driver’s license. The caller left a phone message for DMV’s Lisa Helton about the service he received from Michelle Radford.

“Hey Lisa, I was just calling in to extend my driver’s license and I talked to Michelle. She gave me great customer service. She was very kind to me and helped me out.

“She did this step-by-step process with me and I just wanted to extend my appreciation for everything you do in Boise, and that your workers do, and just for Michelle’s kindness and her help.

“So, thank you very much. I really appreciate working with you all today.”
