Public transportation group to meet Sept. 4

The Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) will introduce its new District 3 representative, discuss funding and update members on mobility topics Thursday (Sept. 4).

The meeting will be at 9 a.m. in the Idaho Transportation Department's Headquarters' auditorium at 3311 W. State St. in Boise. The meeting is open to the public.

The following items will be reviewed and discussed:

-Introduction of PTAC District 3 representative
-Inter-City Update
-Mobility Study Project Update
-Mobility Management Funding

PTAC was created to advise the Idaho Transportation Department on issues related to public transportation. It is composed of six members, one representing each of ITD's administrative districts.
