Civil Rights to offer trainings in each district in March
for new diversity software

ITD's Civil Rights section will put on free B2GNow (Business-to-Government) user trainings in every district this month, in advance of a "go live" date of April 4 on new diversity tracking software for online payment reporting. Morning sessions (8 a.m.-10 a.m.) will be tailored for groups outside of ITD, while afternoon sessions (1 p.m. -3 p.m.) will be for ITD staff.

Morning sessions are geared toward contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and service providers performing on federal-aid contracts and agreements with ITD. Usage of this system will be a requirement for future contract and agreement performance. In the afternoon sessions, ITD staff will learn about the new system, new processes such as the revised ITD-2324, and new responsibilities.

Discussion topics will include:
• Project Tracking Requirements
• DBE Program
• DBE Directory Demonstration
• B2GNow System
• Bidders Registrations, Certifications & Payments
• Civil Rights Functions/Programs/Resources
