Awards ceremony April 28 will honor Headquarters’ employees

Making the Idaho Transportation Department a leading agency in Idaho and the U.S. requires the talent and commitment of many people. Their hard work has contributed immensely to ITD’s success in providing safety, mobility and economic opportunity to the citizens of Idaho.

Service awards are one way that ITD employees may be recognized for their dedicated efforts.

A spring awards ceremony, honoring years of state service for Headquarters’ employees, will be held Thursday, April 28. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. in the Auditorium, as part of the Idaho Transportation Board’s regular monthly meeting. 

Awards will be presented to 39 employees who have reached milestones ranging from five years to 35 years.

Preparations for similar ceremonies throughout the spring are underway in ITD’s district offices.
