Steiner(s), Freeman, camaraderie highlight D3 equipment roadeo

District 3’s Truck Rodeo carried on a tradition of camaraderie, while transportation techs navigated their way through two obstacle courses by way of loaders and snowplows. The New Meadows crew received top honors in Garden Valley this year, including a foreman who advanced to the statewide competition for the 18th time since the event began in 1993, and a father/son duo.

Here are the Distrct 3 winners from the June 1 event:

1st - Bryan Ransom - New Meadows Mtce.
2nd - Jack Steiner - New Meadows Mtce.
3rd - Brad Steiner - New Meadows Mtce. (2013 D3 winner)

Top Foreman - Robin Freeman -New Meadows Mtce. (10-time D3 winner and three-time state champ)
