D5 Adopt-A-Highway Group of Year embraces Halloween spirit

The Pocatello Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (PUUF) recently got creative while completing their mid-October litter pick up on a two-mile stretch of Interstate 15 about 10 miles south of Inkom.

The PUUF was the district's group of the Year in 2010, and has been participating in the program since July 1999. They typically collect 25-30 bags of litter on average for each of their twice-yearly cleanings.
