Qualified Products List 208-334-8440 FAX 208-334-4411 Email: Program Administrator: Patti Fanckboner Newproducts@itd.idaho.gov The Division of Highways has established a Product Review Committee (PRC) with representation from the areas of operations, project development, bridge design, construction, maintenance, materials, roadway design and traffic. The PRC provides oversight for the review and evaluation of new products proposed for inclusion on the Department’s Qualified Products List (QPL). The Division of Highways generally intends to provide either general or project specific specifications on products that can be met by more than one supplier or manufacturer. However, when it is proposed that a product category be included on the QPL, the PRC will make the final determination.
