Transportation Board members re-elected Jack Combo vice-chairman
at its Feb. 26 meeting in Boise.
Combo, from Idaho Falls, was first appointed to the board
in 1990. He served as chairman from 1991 until 1995.
By statute, the board members elect a vice-chairman annually
during its February meeting and have chosen Combo for the
position every year since 1999. He is an attorney in private
practice and is former chief counsel and deputy manager of
the Department of Energys Idaho Operations Office.
