Artists with spray cans, precision carving instruments and a lot of imagination turned ordinary pumpkins into unique forms at Headquarters this week as a prelude to Halloween on Tuesday night. The creations were judged and then raffled off. Donna McRobert won the top-judged pumpkin created by Leann Otis. The second-place pumpkin by Joe Peagler went to Rosalie Roberts; third place by Tammie Jauregui went to Karin Walser. Only the top three pumpkins were put on the raffle block.
