Employees at Headquarters have joined a campaign to meet
the basic needs of military personnel serving in Iraq. A collection
box has been set up in the Lobby for the deposit of personal care items,
non-perishable food/snacks and entertainment such as CDs, DVDs, games
and reading material.
Following are recommended items that can be sent overseas
fairly easily. Please remember, weight, size, expiration, ease of shipping
and secure packaging are important considerations. The following list
was provided by Operation Care. ITD does not endorse or necessarily
recommend the specific brands listed; they are provided for reference
only.
