ETS asks clients to complete random satisfaction survey
Employees who take advantage of the services provide by Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) might be asked to provide feedback on the services rendered.
To support its commitment to customer service, ETS has launched a new online customer satisfaction survey that includes questions related to the value of the services they received, explains Brenda Haskell and Jeff Carpenter.
The email that is sent to a user indicates, “As part of our ‘Continuous Improvement Model’ we are requesting feedback on the services that were provided by our staff. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Thank you in advance for helping to improve our services to ITD.”
About 10-20 percent of the employees who request service from ETS will be asked to take the optional survey.
ETS responded to, and addressed about 900 service requests in the second quarter of this year, Carpenter said, averaging about 300 requests per month.
