RIGBY—Due to a utility installation, State Highway 48 between South Clark Street and U.S. Highway 20 Business Loop will be closed starting today through Monday, Nov. 13.  

The utility installation will be completed by Jerome Bowen Construction in front of Ace Hardware on South State Street. During the closure traffic will be detoured to Main Street.
