MERIDIAN — All lanes of Interstate 84 will close overnight between the Ten Mile Interchange (Exit 42) and the Meridian Road Interchange (Exit 44) beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, so that Idaho Power workers can safely reconfigure power lines that cross the freeway as part of Ada County Highway District’s Linder Road overpass project.

Traffic will be detoured south to Overland Road. The closure is expected to end early Monday morning, Oct. 26.

Drivers should plan ahead, allow extra time and follow posted signs through the detour route. Travelers are encouraged to check 511.idaho.gov or the 511 mobile app for the latest information on closures and delays.
