Eastbound Exit 15 off-ramp on Interstate 90 to close Monday (Sept. 15)
COEUR D'ALENE - The eastbound Sherman Avenue off-ramp (Exit 15) on Interstate 90 will be closed Monday (Sept. 15), the Idaho Transportation Department announced. The closure will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The closure is necessary while maintenance crews remove and repair damaged guardrail. Motorists will still be able to access the Sherman Avenue on-ramp.
The repair work is being done by state maintenance crews.
ITD and the Idaho State Police warn motorists to slow down and pay attention when driving in work zones, where increased speeding fines and other penalties apply. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and dial 5-1-1 or visit 511.idaho.gov for information on the state highway or interstate system.
