Sponsorships, exhibit space available for Idaho Aviation Festival, March 2005
BOISE - More than 500 aviation enthusiasts are expected to gather in Boise for the 13th annual Idaho Aviation Festival, sponsored by the Idaho Transportation Departments (ITD) Division of Aeronautics. The festival will be held March 10-12 at the Boise Centre on the Grove in downtown Boise.
Exhibit space and sponsorships are available for businesses and organizations wanting to reach aircraft owners, pilots, mechanics and aviation business leaders.
This is the premier aviation event of its kind in the northwest, and an incredible opportunity for any business or non-profit group to connect with potential customers, said Frank Lester, ITDs Division of Aeronautics.
Exhibit booths are available on a first come, first served basis. Included in
the exhibit booth fee is a 10x10 booth; skirted table; chair; signage; a
listing in the Festival program and the Festival edition of the Rudder Flutter,
a quarterly newsletter sent to more than 2,800 pilots; and two seminar passes.
Non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate; exhibit tables are
available at a reduced rate for these groups.
Sponsorship opportunities are
available and include the option for tailoring a package to fit specific sponsor
needs.
The festival includes many new elements. Along with an expanded trade show,
the festival will include the AvSwap, a chance to buy and sell aviation parts
and supplies.
Training for private aviation operators guided by FAA Part
135 rules, and Inspection Authorization renewal for mechanics will be available
as well as presentations on current events within the industry, training
seminars, an aviation career forum and fun events for the entire family.
