Restrictions expected on Franklin Road in Caldwell Thursday and Friday (Dec. 4-5) for improved Flying J access
BOISE - One lane will be closed Thursday and Friday (Dec. 4-5) in each direction on Franklin Road west of Aviation Way in Caldwell to allow crews to realign the median curb and restripe to improve access in and out of the Flying J Truck Stop passenger-vehicle entrance, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
This work is part of completing the Exit 29 Franklin Interchange reconstruction project that rebuilt the interchange bridge that opened in July 2008.
