Crews to install light poles at north and south interchanges on U.S. 20 in Rexburg
RIGBY - Crews are installing light poles at the north and south interchanges on U.S. 20 in Rexburg, the Idaho Transportation Department announced. Work began this week and will be complete in early August.
Crews will pour foundations, install power lines and erect light poles. Light poles were installed at the center Rexburg interchange (exit 333) earlier this spring.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction during pole placements.
The lights illuminate on‑ and off‑ramps where they intersect with state and local roads. The new lights are designed to enhance traffic safety, especially in inclement weather.
