North College Road to be closed at Blue Lakes next week
TWIN FALLS - North College Road will be closed to traffic at its intersection with Blue Lakes Boulevard as soon as Monday (July 13) as crews continue installation of a storm water sewer system on an Idaho Transportation Department project.

Crews will be encountering water and utility lines through the intersection requiring several days of closure to through traffic. The intersection will remain open to north-south traffic without interruption and North College west of Blue Lakes will continue to be open.

It is expected that work in the intersection will be completed by the weekend. Crews are continuing to speed up the timeline of construction by working overtime during this final phase of the project.

Drivers should watch for changing accesses to businesses on the east side of Blue Lakes and should consider alternate routes to access businesses adjacent to the construction zone. Drivers are reminded to follow all temporary traffic control devices throughout the construction zone and be cautious of workers and equipment at all times.
