Flaggers to direct traffic at Orchard and Victory Thursday (July 23) morning
BOISE - The Idaho Transportation Department advises motorists to expect brief delays mid-morning on Thursday (July 23).
Between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., traffic signals will be turned off at the intersection of Orchard Street and Victory Road.
Flaggers will direct traffic at the intersection.
The shutoff will allow crews to work on an irrigation line.
