Westbound I-84 lane closed near Orchard Interchange for overnight work Tuesday (Nov. 10)
BOISE - A westbound lane will be closed while crews work overnight Tuesday (Nov. 10) on Interstate 84 near the Orchard Interchange. The Idaho Transportation Department is working to widen the interstate between the Cole and Broadway interchanges.
The lane will be closed near the westbound off-ramp between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 11). Crews are paving the shoulder between the Orchard and Vista interchanges.
The GARVEE Transportation Program has funded design and construction for this project.

and the Idaho State Police caution motorists to slow down and pay attention when
driving in work zones, where increased speeding fines and other penalties
apply. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and dial 5-1-1 or visit
511.idaho.gov for information on the state highway or interstate system.
