Public input on Blue Lakes Boulevard safety improvements sought at county fair
SHOSHONE - The Idaho Transportation Department proposes to reconstruct the pavement and drainage facilities on Blue Lakes Boulevard from Falls Avenue to Poleline Road. In conjunction with these improvements, the transportation department and the city of Twin Falls are considering safety improvements, including raised medians.
Public comment is encouraged throughout the decision-making process. City of Twin Falls and transportation department personnel will staff a booth at the Twin Falls County Fair Wenesday through Labor Day (Aug. 31- Sept. 5.) Project brochures describing possible safety improvements along the corridor will be available.
