Idaho State Highway 21 now reopen
BOISE - Idaho State Highway 21 reopened just before 12:15 p.m. today, after being closed since 7 p.m. Monday between Grandjean Junction and
Banner Summit due to avalanche danger.
Even with the recent closure, the 11-mile stretch of
highway - known as "Avalanche Alley" - has closed only about eight days
this winter season, a significant improvement over past winters.
