Road maintenance to slow traffic on U.S. 20 north of Ashton Wednesday (May 26)
RIGBY - Road maintenance will slow traffic on U.S. 20 north of Ashton Wednesday (May 26), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.

Crews will reconstruct a 50-foot stretch of northbound U.S. 20 at the top of the Ashton Hill (milepost 369), repairing a rough spot.

Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., after which the road will reopen.

During construction, travel will be reduced to one lane, with flaggers directing traffic through the work zone. Motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes.

Drivers should be prepared to stop, and should keep an eye out for traffic signs, workers and equipment.
