Truck crash blocks U.S. 95 at the Whitebird Bridge south of Grangeville
LEWISTON - U.S. 95 remains blocked at the White Bird Bridge, about 16 miles south of Grangeville because of a semi-truck crash at about 8 a.m. today, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The truck tipped onto its side, spilling part of its load and making the route temporarily impassable. Crews hope to open the highway to one lane of traffic by at least mid-afternoon today. Motorists are advised to expect an extended delay while cleanup proceeds.
