Construction to reduce lanes of I-15 in Roberts area starting Thursday (July 29)
RIGBY - Construction will reduce lanes of Interstate 15 in the Roberts area starting Thursday (July 29), the Idaho Transportation Department announced.

Lanes will be reduced between milepost 134 and 136 for resurfacing the Butte Market Lake Canal Bridge south of Roberts. This stretch includes the Roberts exit (Exit 135), which will be closed. Northbound motorists traveling to Roberts or areas east of there should exit the interstate at Osgood (Exit 128) and follow detour signs.

The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph. Commercial vehicles will be restricted to 10 feet in width. Work is estimated for completion Aug. 20.

Motorists should watch for merging traffic and obey all traffic signs.
