ITD schedules contested case hearing at The Grove Hotel in Boise, Dec. 8, 9
BOISE - The Idaho Transportation Department will hold a contested case hearing next week on a proposal to move four oversize Conoco/Phillips loads on U.S. 12 from Lewiston to the Idaho/Montana border.
ITD Director Brian W. Ness accepted a recommendation from hearing officer Merlyn Clark earlier this week and scheduled a hearing Dec. 8 and 9 in Boise. The hearing will begin at 9 a.m. both days in the Evergreen Room on the second floor of The Grove Hotel, 245 Capitol Blvd.
Technical limitations prevent the hearing from being shown by videoconference. Street and garage parking near the hearing site are available on a fee or metered basis.
