Idaho 21 section reopens
BOISE - The 12-mile stretch of Idaho 21 between the Grandjean Junction and Banner Summit reopened this afternoon (Thursday, Dec. 30), after being closed since Tuesday at 2 p.m. as an avalanche precaution for travelers' safety, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
