U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow breakfast meeting Tuesday (Oct. 11)
LEWISTON - A breakfast meeting to provide an update about the U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow project will be held Tuesday (Oct. 11), the Idaho Transportation Department announced. 

The meeting will be at the Sandpiper Grill Restaurant, 414 N. Main St. in Moscow from 7 to 8 a.m. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at this same time and location.

The breakfast meeting topic will be the socio-economic study of the project area, including:
  • demographic conditions;    
  • whether minority or low-income populations are disproportionately impacted by the alternatives/alignments, and the degree of those impacts; and
  •  the potential for the possible improvements to induce development. 
Miguel Gaddi, a specialist in transportation and land use issues, is the scheduled speaker. Mr. Gaddi  works for HDR Engineering in Boise. 

Coffee will be provided at the meeting. Attendees are encouraged to order breakfast at their own expense.
