ExxonMobil test shipment will not travel Thursday morning
BOISE - An Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil oversized test shipment will not travel Thursday morning because the weather forecast predicts snow near Lolo Pass on U.S. 12, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.
The forecast calls for a 90 percent chance of snow at about the time the test shipment was scheduled to travel from milepost 169.1 near the summit to a parking area in western Montana, about 7.5 miles from the border.
Weather permitting, the load will resume travel into Montana Thursday night/Friday morning.
