The Idaho Transportation Department advises that restrictions will begin Sunday (May 22) and continue through Thursday night. At least one eastbound and westbound lane will be open between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. each night. All lanes will be open during the day.

  • On Sunday night, both eastbound and westbound I-84 will be reduced to one lane.
  • On Monday and Tuesday night, westbound I-84 will be reduced to one lane.
  • On Wednesday and Thursday nights, eastbound I-84 will be reduced to one lane.

Construction crews are moving guardrail and removing construction formwork on the interchange bridge. The schedule may be delayed in the case of inclement weather.

The new I-84, Ten Mile Interchange is scheduled to open before the Memorial Day weekend.

Idaho Sand & Gravel, Co. is the contractor for the $33.8 million project.
